What technology do I need for telehealth consultations?
You only need a reliable internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with video capabilities for Zoom consultations.
How are the biomarker tests conducted?
We provide detailed instructions for completing your tests. Partner laboratories across Australia make testing convenient, regardless of your location and include the option of having your blood tests collected at home!
Can I access support between consultations?
Our signature 6-month Concierge Program allows for direct communication between consultations with your practitioner via email.
Is Telehealth Functional Medicine as effective as in-person care?
Yes! Our online format provides the same comprehensive care while offering greater convenience and accessibility. All consultations, testing, analysis and support are delivered with the same expertise as in-person care.
