Revolution Healthcare’s mission is to become Australia’s leading provider of personalised, non-pharmacological healthcare solutions.

We provide online access to advanced, science-backed functional medicine testing, and practitioners who interpret your results and offer guidance grounded in nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement-based strategies. Our focus is to empower clients to become the CEO of their own health.

We are currently preparing to participate in research using de-identified client data (with consent), with our first publication set for release in 2027—a step towards validating the effectiveness of our approach and contributing to the broader medical conversation.

We’re here to shift the healthcare paradigm—to demonstrate that chronic health concerns can often be addressed through root-cause care, not just pharmaceuticals.

Meet Our Founder

Dr Kelly Francis

Founder and CEO

Dr Kelly Francis is a pioneer in functional medicine, bringing over 20 years of experience and a commitment to rethinking traditional healthcare models.

She previously owned Happiness in Health, a thriving clinic on the Gold Coast for over 15 years. After extensive global research and watching the healthcare landscape shift during the COVID-19 years, she launched Revolution Healthcare to provide an entirely online, functional medicine model tailored to the new era of empowered, self-directed healthcare.

Dr Francis made the difficult decision not to offer Medicare rebates in order to maintain longer consultations, high-touch support, and a preventative health model that isn’t aligned with rebate structures.

Education Is the Future

Revolution Healthcare is more than a clinic—it’s a learning hub for those ready to take control of their health.

We’re launching educational programs and courses that equip clients (and eventually professionals) with the tools and understanding needed to navigate functional health independently and confidently.
